What each arrangement can mean for a seller, and its limits. A preference is conditional: check the rules of origin before you quote.

  • Arrangement for import duty on trade in goods from certain British Overseas Territories

A seller can ship goods that originate in Anguilla to the United Kingdom free of import duty.

As of November 1, 2026: rules-based preference with a EUR.1 or origin declaration; since July 1, 2026, listed steel products pay the United Kingdom's standard rate instead.
