Providers & advisors

Crossing a border takes more than a plan: freight, customs, legal, certification, hiring, finance. The network is where the firms that do that work are, organized so you can find the right one from the step you are on.

The directory

Providers are organized into service categories — freight and logistics, customs and compliance, legal, recruitment and HR, trade finance, and the rest — and by the countries they cover. Browse a category, or search by name or service. Firms list themselves; where a listing shows a Vetted by tag, that means a partner trade agency or chamber has vouched for a firm it already knows, and the tag names who. We do not run a verification program of our own, and no one can buy a trust mark.

Sending a request

You initiate, always — no provider can cold-approach you through the platform. A request names the work (a freight quote, customs support, hiring support), carries the corridor it is about, and goes to the firm with your contact card so they can answer properly. Attach it to a project and the eventual answer lands in context.

Tracking the relationship

Each provider you engage carries a private relationship stage, visible only to your company: Not contacted → Request sent → In conversation → Evaluating → Working with → Past provider. It moves when they reply, not when you write, and you can set it by hand any time. It is your own record of who is worth going back to — nothing about it is shown to the provider.

Advisors

Consultancies and advisory firms work differently: instead of a one-off request, you engage them on a project, and the assignment gives them a working view of that project’s roadmap — scoped to that project, never your whole vault.
