The short version: your vault is private, sharing is explicit, and you can leave.

What we store

What you put in: your company profile, products, markets, projects and their roadmaps, notes, the requests you send, and the relationship records you keep. Meridian’s answers are generated from this — that is what makes them yours.

Who sees what

• Your team — people you invite into your company’s vault share it.
• Providers and counterparts — only what you send them, when you send it.
• Advisors — the project you engaged them on, not the vault around it.
• Other members — nothing. There is no member search that surfaces your company.

Leaving

Account deletion is self-serve and immediate, and it is irreversible. It removes your personal records; some company-tagged records survive it (a company is more than one person, and a sole admin is asked to hand over the company first rather than orphan it). The privacy policy describes exactly what the deletion button does — it was written from the code, not from hope.
